Guidelines for PCIM Co-Branded Events
Public and private sector organizations whose events and activities align with the PCIM theme and objectives are welcome to register their events as part of the month-long PCIM celebration in September.
Below are the steps how:
A. Pre-Activity Task
Eligibility and Scope:
Open Participation: Proposals are open to both the public sector (e.g. National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, State Universities and Colleges) and private sector (corporations, partnerships, NGOs, HEIs, schools, media organizations, industry associations)
Alignment with PCIM Themes: Events must align with the message and objectives of PCIM, promoting and celebrating the Philippine creative industries.
Event Proposal Submission:
Detailed Proposal: Organizers shall register their events by answering a short form detailing their objectives, target audience, type of event (e.g., workshop, exhibition, performance), and expected outcomes.
Branding Guidelines: Proposals should adhere to PCIM branding guidelines to qualify for co-branding
Task Approval: All events require approval from the Taskforce to be recognized as part of the PCIM celebration.
B. Event Task
Marketing and Promotion:
Approved events will be listed in the official PCIM calendar of events and receive promotional support from our official channels.
Participate in PCIM promotional and advocacy campaign by:
Incorporating PCIM Visual Identity Elements into your promotional materials;
Sharing PCIM Content on Social Media; and
Collaborating with us in creating PCIM Co-Branded promotional contents.
Compliance with Standards: Events must comply with local regulations, including safety and ethical standards.
C. Post-Event Task
Reporting and Feedback:
Post-Event Report: Organizers will submit a short post-event report detailing attendance, impact, and media mileage from each activity. A template will be provided
Post-Event Documentation: Organizers shall send us high-definition photos, raw videos, and/or SDEs that best encapsulate your event. This will be used in our AVPs, promotional, and documentation materials.
